Information you provide
When you contact LRS Marketing, request a booking, submit an intake, or apply for a role, we may receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company details, project information, and uploaded materials.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project requests, provide services, process applications, maintain our records, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, file storage, and database operations. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.
Cookies and analytics
We use an essential login cookie for administrator access. Your browser’s session storage can retain campaign source, medium, and campaign tags during a visit; these tags and the inquiry page are attached to a submitted inquiry. We store short-lived hashed request identifiers to limit automated form abuse. Private client links give access to your project details; keep them private.
Appointments and project communications
We store appointment times, project questionnaire answers, creative versions, approvals, and feedback to coordinate your work. We send inquiry receipts, appointment notices, and project updates. If you select the optional reminder checkbox, we may send up to three additional inquiry reminders. You can stop those reminders through your client link or by contacting us.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
To request correction or deletion of information submitted through this site, email LRSMarketing@gmail.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject line.
